Who we are

Elixir Voyage Holidays is a tour operator in Kerala, India, run by Sunny Johnson (Udyam registration UDYAM-KL-01-0043513). Our details are on the contact page.

We arrange houseboats, day cruises, taxis and homestays. Many of these are owned and run by our partners, such as houseboat owners, drivers and homestay hosts.

Booking

• You enquire on WhatsApp, Instagram or through the form on this website.
• We confirm the service, dates, number of guests and price with you on WhatsApp.
• We send you a payment link for the advance. Your booking is confirmed once it is paid.
• Advances, balance payments, cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy.

Prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Prices on this website are a guide. The price we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
• Prices change with the season, dates, group size and the boat, vehicle or room.
• Anything not included in the confirmed price, such as entry tickets, tolls or extra hours, is paid separately.

How the service is provided

We do not ship any goods. Your booking is delivered as a service on the confirmed date: the houseboat at the confirmed boarding point and time, the taxi at the pickup place and time, and the homestay on your check-in date. We send the boarding point, driver or host details on WhatsApp before your trip.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive on time with a valid photo ID for every adult. Hotels, homestays and houseboats must record guest IDs by law.
• Follow the safety instructions of the crew, driver or host. On houseboats, children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water.
• Pay for any damage caused by your group.
• Illegal activities on board, in vehicles or at homestays are not allowed. The crew, driver or host may end the service, with no refund.

Changes and delays

Weather, water levels, traffic or orders from the authorities can change routes, timings or cruise areas. We will do our best to offer a similar alternative. If the service cannot run at all, the cancellation & refund policy applies.

Liability

We take care in choosing our partners and their boats, vehicles and homes. Each partner is responsible for running their own service safely. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as weather, floods, strikes or government orders.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Kerala.
