What we collect

• Your enquiry: your name, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and anything you tell us on WhatsApp or Instagram. The form on this website does not store anything. It only writes a WhatsApp message for you to send.
• Your booking: the names of guests and copies of photo IDs, which the boat, homestay or police may ask for by law.
• Your payment: payments are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). We see your name, contact details and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• Website visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and records things like your device, browser and rough location, but not your name.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, arrange your booking and contact you about it.
• To take payments and make refunds.
• To keep the records the law requires.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The houseboat owner, driver or host providing your service: only what they need, such as names, phone number, dates and IDs.
• Our payment provider, to process payments and refunds.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and other laws require. We delete enquiries that do not lead to a booking when we no longer need them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details, unless the law requires us to keep them. Message us on WhatsApp or use the details on the contact page.
